King’s Haven is designed with our 50+ tenants in mind. The entire community is built on flat land and each unit and its surrounding grounds have no steps or slopes. We also have built our community to be energy efficient. All units are built with ice block styrofoam wall construction, making your unit super comfy and very economical to heat in the winter.
