All units include a Stainless Steel Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher & Microwave.u00a0 The units can only accommodate stackable Washer & Dryer Units.u00a0 Tenants are welcome to bring their own, or a set can be provided for a small rental fee.u00a0
Phase 1 included a total of 64 one and two bedroom units.
Phase 2 included a total of 27 one and two bedroom units.u00a0
Phase 3 included a have a total of 16 one and two bedroom units.u00a0
King’s Haven Adult Living Community is located minutes from the Dr. G.B. Cross Memorial Hospital (1-2 kms).u00a0 As well, in the general area are Medical Clinics, Dental Practice, Pharmacies, Eastern Health Dialysis Unit and Walk In Clinics.u00a0 As well there is Wal-mart, Other Retail Stores, and Restaurants.u00a0 King’s Haven is located just off Shoal Harbour Drive and Manitoba Drive – both which are the main business hub streets in Clarenville.u00a0
